Delivery and Return

CLAN deliver worldwide with the following tracked services:

ITALY: UPS delivery (2 days) – free of charge
EUROPE: UPS/DHL delivery (3 days) – 12 € charge
INTERNATIONAL: UPS/DHL (5 days) – 25 € charge

In case you are not satisfied with your purchase or product received, you can choose to redeem or a return policy notifying consierge@clanmilano.com within 14 days of receipt.

Will not be replaced or refunded products damaged or wear of any type or without the identification tag. No shipments will be accepted for exchange or refund without prior authorization by CLAN.

To request the exchange, or refund, follow these steps:

• Send an email to consierge@clanmilano.com quoting as object: “Request returnable” or “Request for return and refund merchandise” followed by the serial number (which you can find in the notification email received once confirmed the order, or by logging into your account on the site). Example email subject: Request returnable order # 1234

• Bring in the email the description of the problem and the reason why you are applying for refund / exchange goods (wrong, non-conforming goods order etc.)

• In the case of returnable, specify the objects made and those required to replace providing the following information: quantity, product name and code.

The replacement goods will be shipped only upon receipt of returned products.

CLAN is committed to doing everything possible to replace damaged or defective products. If the replacement is not possible, because the applicable liability to third parties or stock availability, the only obligation of CLAN is to repay the amount paid, always after receiving the returned goods, without which everything goes in conflict with the statutory rights.

The shipping costs are always paid by the customer, except for those cases where it is proven a mistake by CLAN sending the goods.

The exchange of goods will be accepted only if sent by parcel traceable. CLAN recommends using Pacco Celere 3 of the Italian Post Office or UPS / DHL or any courier that provides tracking of the package.

Store experience reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent back late, or for items that are not in the same condition in which you received them.

Repayment on paper or bank account

After our warehouse receives your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

When accepting the will request made to our bank to make the refund corresponding to the credit card used for the order. The actual completion of the refund may take up to 10 days.

From this moment, the time required to display the amount on your account will depend on the institution that issued your card.

Reimbursement on account Paypal

After our warehouse receives your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

At the time of the return we will make a refund to your PayPal account, which will be visible within 24 hours.

The actual refund to the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
